Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Still Miracle’s services and digital products. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. No variations or modifications will be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Services Provided

Still Miracle provides professional wedding photography and videography services, as well as digital products such as photography presets. The scope of services will be outlined in the service summary and confirmed upon booking.

3. Booking, Payments, and Refunds

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance must be paid as follows:

One week before the event via bank transfer.
On the event day in cash before services commence.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation without notice, and Still Miracle reserves the right to withhold delivery of images/videos.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.
Digital Products: All purchases of digital products (presets) are final and non-refundable due to their instant access nature.

4. Rescheduling and Extensions

Rescheduling must be requested at least three months in advance, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.Still Miracle reserves the right to extend delivery deadlines due to reasonable circumstances, such as unexpected workload or technical difficulties. The revised deadline will be communicated to the Client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate details, including the event schedule, key participants, and special requests. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography at venues.
Still Miracle is not liable for missed shots due to delays or non-cooperation by guests.

6. Image Delivery and Product Limitations

Photography delivery: up to six weeks after the event.
Videography delivery: up to ten weeks after the event.
Digital files will be delivered via an online gallery and must be downloaded within the provided timeframe.
The Client is responsible for backing up digital files; Still Miracle is not liable for data loss after delivery.
Variations in color and image quality across different screens and devices are not the responsibility of Still Miracle.

7. Digital Product Usage (Presets)

Purchased digital products are for personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
Still Miracle does not guarantee that presets will produce identical results across all images due to varying lighting conditions and camera settings.

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use without prior permission will result in legal action.

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Still Miracle.The Client is granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license.Images must not be altered, edited, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Any published images (online or print) must credit Still Miracle (@still_miracle).

9. Exclusivity Agreement

Still Miracle must be the exclusive professional photographer/videographer for the event. Other professional photography/videography services are not permitted unless agreed upon in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Still Miracle is not liable for factors beyond our control, such as: Poor lighting, venue restrictions, or obtrusive guests impacting results.
Weather conditions affecting shoot locations or schedules. Unforeseen technical failures despite preventive measures. In cases of force majeure, Still Miracle’s liability is limited to refunding the amount paid.

11. Safety and Conduct

The Photographer reserves the right to leave the event in cases of harassment, unsafe conditions, or unreasonable demands.The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

12. Meals and Breaks

For events exceeding six hours, the Client must provide a meal for the photography/videography team. Failure to do so may result in necessary breaks, which could impact coverage.

13. Force Majeure

Still Miracle shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or accidents beyond our control. In such cases, alternative solutions will be offered, or a partial refund will be considered.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
