Emirates Airlines: From 2 February 2021, Emirates Airlines will operate passenger flights to Dubai from London Heathrow and Manchester. Travellers planning to depart from the UK must ensure that they are authorised to travel under the latest UK government rules, and meet the travel requirements of their final destination.
On 28 January 2020, the UK government introduced additional travel restrictions affecting the UAE.
According to the official announcement, all passengers who have been in or transited through UAE (Dubai) in the last 10 days will not be granted access to the UK. However, this does not apply to British and Irish Nationals, and third country nationals – residents in the UK, who will be able to enter the UK but are required to self-isolate for 10 days on arrival along with their household.
All major airlines, including Emirates Airlines, are now suspending all passenger services between Dubai and all the airports (Birmingham, Glasgow, London, Manchester, effective 1.00 PM on 29 January 2021 until further notice).

You can apply to extend your tourist visa by visiting a local immigration office in the UAE. This cannot be done outside the UAE
